TPS2H160-Q1 Smart High-Side Switch
Texas Instruments TPS2H160-Q1 Smart High-Side Switch is a fully-protected dual-channel smart high-side switch, with integrated 160mΩ NMOS power FETs. The device includes a full diagnostics and a high-accuracy current-sense feature that enables intelligent control of the load. The TPS2H160-Q1 also has an external adjustable current limit that improves the reliability of the whole system by limiting the inrush or overload current. This device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
