AP880xx LED DriversThe Diodes Inc. AP880xx LED driver IC family significantly reduces the number and size of external components required by drive circuits. These Diodes Inc. step-down DC-DC converter LED drivers require only four smaller and lower cost inductors or capacitors. The AP880xx LED driver family ensures uniform LED brightness, eliminates the need for ballast resistors, and suits a broad range of high-brightness, general illumination duties, including signage, architectural and emergency lighting, and MR16 lamp replacement. Diodes Inc. AP880xx LED driver ICs drive up to 13 series-connected LEDs with a constant current, from voltage sources between 8V and 48V, with efficiencies up to 92%.
