Power Integrations TopSwitch®-HX Off-Line SwitcherPower Integrations" TOPSwitch®-HX device cost-effectively incorporates a 700V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source, PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection, and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device.
