These devices are AEC-Q101 qualified and ideal for automated placement. Vishay eSMP suppressors offer a fast response time and excellent clamping capability. The TPC6.8A through TPC51A diodes offer unidirectional 1500W TVS in an SMPC (TO-277) package, while the TPC11CA through TPC36CA diodes are bidirectional 1500W TVS in a TO-277 (SMPC) package.
