The AEC-Q200 MLCCs ranges include standard MLCCs, StackiCap™ MLCCs, open mode and tandem capacitors, and 3-terminal EMI components. These MLCCs operate at temperatures ranging from -55 C to 125 C. The AEC-Q200 FlexiCap MLCCs feature high reliability, flexible termination, and protection from short circuit failures. Typical applications include DC/DC converter, battery management, PTC heater controller, DC/AC converter, automotive manufacturers, EV, and HEV.
