MASW-011055 SP2T 100W Reflective Switch MACOM MASW-011055 SP2T 100W Reflective Switch is a high power PIN diode in a common anode configuration. This switch operates at 30MHz to 3GHz frequency and features low insertion loss and excellent linearity. The MASW-011055 device is capable of handling 100W Continous Wave (CW) incident power at a base plate temperature of 85ºC. This switch is ideal for use on mobile radio and MIL-COM applications that require higher CW and pulsed power operation. This switch is lead-free and is available in a 5mm HQFN 12-lead plastic package.
