TS1310x Neo-Iso™ Solid State Relays Semtech TS1310x Neo-Iso™ Solid State Relays are galvanically isolated 60V power switching devices with bi-directional blocking. These relays feature an enhanced communication scheme that allows a controller to send specific commands through the control line (CLK) to perform a variety of functions, including diagnostic information. The control and feedback lines can be shared across multiple channels, reducing system microcontroller pin count.
