The SS3P5-M3/84A is a surface-mount high-current density Schottky Barrier Rectifier with solderable matte tin-plated terminals. It is suitable for use in high-frequency rectifier of switching mode power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, DC/DC converters and polarity protection application.
