ROHM RFN2LAM6S Super Fast Recovery Diode is small and power mold type. This standard fast recovery diode features silicon epitaxial planar type construction and is suitable for general rectification application. The RFN2LAM6S diode features low forward voltage, high-speed switching, and low switching loss products. This fast recovery diode includes two terminals and offers 600V of reverse voltage. Typical applications are single board computer, coin processing machine, barcode scanner, network attached storage, CT scanner, and electrical bike. The RFN2L6S super fast recovery diode is ROHS compliant and is available in a PMDS package.
