NCP730 CMOS LDO Regulator
onsemi NCP730 CMOS LDO (Low Dropout) Regulator features very low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges. The NCP730 is designed for up to 38V input voltage and 150mA output current. A quiescent current of only 1µA makes this device an ideal solution for battery-powered, always-on applications. The NCP730 is offered in both fixed output voltage and adjustable output voltage variants.
