Описание
REF194 is a precision micropower low dropout voltage (LDV) reference. It has a precision band gap voltage reference which uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. It is mainly used in application such as portable instruments, ADCs and DACs, smart sensors, solar powered applications, loop-current-powered instruments.
• Nominal output voltage range is 4.50V
• High output current is 30mA
• Low supply current is 45µA maximum
• Sleep mode is 15µA maximum
• Low dropout voltage, operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C
• Short-circuit protection
• Initial accuracy is 4.498V to 4.502V (at 25°C)
• Line regulation is 2ppm/V to 4ppm/V (at 25°C)
• Load regulation is 2ppm/mA to 4ppm/mA (at 25°C)
• Package style is 8-lead NSOIC
