Hybrid Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
TDK Hybrid Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer a very high ripple current and low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) across a temperature range of -40°C or -55°C to +125°C. These modules provide a useful life of 4000 hours at 125°C or 135°C with a capacitance range of 82µF to 2200µF. The B40600 capacitors feature an axial-lead hybrid polymer design with optimized winding construction, along with an improved electrolyte composition and structure. The B40900/B40920/B40940 capacitors are insulated with a coated aluminum case and have standard SMD terminals with tin plating, making them suitable for reflow soldering. The B40940 series also has a high operating temperature capability up to 145°C. TDK capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified with a rated voltage of 25V DC to 63V DC. Ideal applications include automotive and industrial electronics.
